JOB OVERVIEW
About the role:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys recruitment, keeping things organized, improving processes, and supporting a dynamic HR team. Responsibilities:Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and initiating background checks
Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Update employee information in the HR information system and internal databases
Create, track and update HR spreadsheets, reports, and metrics
Assist with process improvements to increase organization and efficiency across HR workflows
Prepare and maintain HR documentation and employee files, policies, and procedures
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Qualifications:1-3 years experience in HR or administrative support
Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc)
Experience with HR and/or applicant tracking systems
Recruitment experience preferred
Strong communication (French and English)
