We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Duties
Assist with talent acquisition processes.
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
Support employee evaluation processes, performance management initiatives, and training & development programs.
Manage benefits administration tasks through Sunlife.
Maintain compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as OHSA and affirmative action planning requirements.
Facilitate change management initiatives and organizational design projects aligned with strategic planning objectives.
Support data collection, data entry, and reporting related to HR metrics for decision-making purposes.
Contribute to projects involving succession planning, employee engagement initiatives, and HR process improvements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in human resources management or related fields with familiarity in human capital management systems such as Power Pay. .
Excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition, employee orientation, performance management, training & development, and benefits administration.
Experience with organizational design, strategic planning, change management initiatives, and succession planning strategies.
Strong data collection skills along with attention to detail for accurate data entry and reporting.
Administrative experience supporting HR functions such as contracts processing and conflict resolution is preferred.

Pay: $40,246.74-$50,000.00 per year
