In this role, you'll work closely with the Head of Human Resources to ensure an exceptional employee experience and contribute to building a strong, people-first culture. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to grow into a leadership role over time.
What You'll Do
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Support the full-cycle recruitment process, coordinate interviews, prepare job postings, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Employee Engagement:
Help design and coordinate programs related to engagement, training, recognition, and performance management.
HR Operations:
Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records in the HRIS.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with employment laws and internal standards.
Analytics & Improvement:
Collect and analyze HR data to support decision-making and recommend process improvements.
Culture & Communication:
Promote a positive, inclusive workplace and act as a go-to resource for employees.
Support Projects:
Partner with the Head of HR on new initiatives, policy updates, and long-term people strategy projects.
