Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and organized
Part-Time Human Resources & Office Administrator
to oversee HR operations and support the daily administration of our clinic. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and can manage HR, scheduling, and administrative tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff recordkeeping
Assist with payroll coordination, scheduling, and attendance tracking
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and HR-related documents
Support management with staff communication, training coordination, and policy compliance
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with employment standards
Help with general office administration as needed
Qualifications:
Experience in HR, administration, or office coordination (medical or spa setting an asset)
Excellent communication and organization skills
Strong attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
Familiarity with Ontario employment laws and HR practices preferred
