We are seeking a
dynamic and proactive HR coordinator
to oversee recruitment, employee engagement, and ongoing training for our growing team across multiple clinic locations. You will focus on recruiting and retaining top talent, ensuring employee success, and maintaining HR compliance. You will play a key role in shaping the culture and development of our clinics while managing recruitment and performance management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring qualified candidates.
Design, implement, and evaluate training programs to ensure continuous employee growth and clinic success.
Develop and execute engagement and retention strategies to foster a positive and motivating work environment.
Ensure adherence to HR policies, employment standards, and provincial labor laws.
Track and report on key HR KPIs to drive organizational performance, engagement, and satisfaction.
Oversee the onboarding and orientation process to support smooth integration for new hires.
Serve as a trusted resource for staff and management regarding HR inquiries and conflict resolution.
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (
1-2 years of HR or recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare or clinical environment.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a passion for people and culture.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of provincial employment standards and HR best practices.
