Job Summary
We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator, Employee Services for our human resources department, the role is hybrid working from our Senneville or Laval locations. With opportunities to work from home a few days a week.
The following are responsibilities related to Human Resources Coordinator - Employee Services position:
Responsible for overseeing & entering employee data in the HRIS system, while ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
Uses HRIS system to run and create various reports.
Understand and apply internal HR policies and procedures.
Offer HR support and advice to employees on various HR topics: HR policies and programs such as benefits, pension plan, etc.
Respond to employee queries and provide guidance in line with internal processes and policies.
Provide professional and positive employee experience in a timely manner (in person, on the phone and via email).
Administrative onboarding tasks and delivery of new hire presentation for benefits.
Complete administrative tasks for HR processes including but not limited to, benefits, pension plan, wellness initiatives, recognition program, training, confirmation of employment letters etc.
Participate to ad-hoc projects.
