We are seeking a highly organized and people-focused individual to join our team as HR Coordinator. This role provides support in our daily HR operations and assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, administrative tasks and projects that strengthen our culture and support teams across Rodd Hotels & Resorts. This position is based out of our Head Office in Charlottetown, PE.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding, including postings, screening, interviews, and new hire orientation.
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Support benefits and immigration program administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Assist with tracking HR dates such as reviews and mandatory training ensuring timely follow-up.
Assist with employee communications, engagement, and recognition initiatives.
Provide administrative support for scheduling, meetings, and HR or Guest Experience projects.
Contribute to policy updates, retention efforts, and other HR initiatives as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience an asset.
Familiarity with PEI, NS and NB employment standards and immigration programs considered an asset.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
