Tasks

Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs and collective agreements Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs Hire, train and supervise staff Train, direct and motivate staff Respond to employee questions and complaints Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies Oversee the preparation of reports Oversee the classification and rating of occupations Manage contracts Manage training and development strategies Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs Oversee payroll administration Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 35 hours per week
