  • Recruitment range: $65,871 - $82,208 maximum starting salary is determined through knowledge, experience, and internal equity.

  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with managers, employees, and HR colleagues.
  • The position works with confidential and personal information daily and is responsible for the security of this information.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing HR initiatives and projects.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR data analysis.
  • CPHR or other HR certification is an asset.
