The HR Assistant is responsible for ensuring retail staff are trained to deliver excellent customer service and follow operational standards. This role involves developing training materials, coaching employees, and supporting operational improvements across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, update, and deliver training programs for new and existing staff.
Conduct on-site coaching, workshops, and practical demonstrations.
Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure operational compliance, safety standards, and company policies are followed.
Maintain training records and track the effectiveness of programs.
Collaborate with management to identify skill gaps and operational improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in retail operations, training, or workforce development.
Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel between multiple store locations.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
Familiarity with training tools, LMS systems, and instructional techniques preferred.
