Position Summary
Human Resources Assistant, Human Resources:
The HR Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department by managing daily inquiries from employees and external stakeholders. This position serves as a first point of contact for HR-related questions, ensuring timely and accurate responses while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. A successful candidate for this role is highly organized, able to succeed in a fast-paced and high-volume client-facing environment, and is eager to engage with new challenges every single day. You also have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, are able to work independently, and can effectively prioritize and multi-task. You demonstrate strong attention to detail, maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information, and contribute positively to team dynamics. Your proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement make you a valuable support to the HR department's daily operations and long-term goals. You will also take on the shared responsibility for ensuring that health and safety policies are followed to provide for a healthy environment for patients, staff, physicians, volunteers and families.
