About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role will perform a range of duties supporting HR Department. Duties include functions such as, but not limited to: onboarding, training, disability management, safety & health, volunteer management, HR analytics and administrative support.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background in Human Resources, Business Management, Public Administration or combination of work experience will also be considered;
  • Minimum 1 Yr experience in People Relations field;
  • Knowledge of PHIA, PIPEDA, FIPPA, ESM, MB Human Rights Code;
  • Ability to lead projects and multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to communicate with diversified set of individuals demonstrating Integrity, Empathy, and Respect;
  • Experience working in Non-Profit Sector will be considered an asset;
  • Valid Class 5F License and access to vehicle required;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS,

  • Hours of work: Monday-Friday, 80 hours bi-weekly
