Job Description

Work Global Canada Inc. is seeking experienced Human Resources Officers to support recruitment and staffing operations in a fast-paced private sector environment.

Responsibilities

Identify current and future staffing needs Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants Prepare and post job advertisements Advise applicants on employment requirements and conditions Organize interviews and notify candidates of selection outcomes Prepare job offers and coordinate onboarding Supervise personnel clerks handling filing, typing, and record-keeping Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures Coordinate terminations, appeals, and dispute resolutions Arrange staff training and determine eligibility for entitlements Provide employee support services such as counseling and recognition programs Recruit graduates from colleges and universities Participate in selection and examination boards

Requirements

Education

:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

:

2 years to less than 3 years in a related role

Computer Applications

:

MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Internet

Security and Safety

:

Criminal record check
