You will join our HR team in Canada, supporting our talented people and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Your missions
Support the implementation of HR policies and processes to foster team engagement and well-being
Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling qualification meetings and managing candidate databases
Collaborate on onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new team members
Maintain and update HR systems to ensure accurate record-keeping
Support training and development initiatives to empower team growth
Coordinate internal communications to promote transparency and engagement
Provide first-level support to team queries and escalate as necessary
Contribute to HR projects aimed at optimizing organizational performance
Your profile
Academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience of less than a year in HR processes or team support
Knowledge of HR tools and systems is a strong advantage
English fluent and French
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Team-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges
