This is a new role managing the full cycle of recruitment for current head office and sales employees along with a new warehouse workforce for a new in-sourced warehouse.
Recruitment encompasses hiring for office positions such as Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, IT, Product Development and Supply Chain, as well as hiring for US and Canada sales roles. Recruitment also includes hiring for higher turnover warehouse roles including the initial hiring of the workforce for the new warehouse.
The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing, head-hunting, outreach and advertising on job posting websites and social media, screening, interviewing, skills assessments, references, tracking all data and making hiring recommendations. This role administers all related onboarding administrative processes for new employees to get them settled and oriented.
Located in Markham and moving to Aurora in Spring 2024 100% in office Hours - 8:30am - 5:00pm Salary - $57,000 to $60,000. - stretch $63,000
