Job Description

Ucluelet Co-op is hiring a Human Resources Advisor on a permanent full-time basis in Ucluelet, BC.


What you'll do:



Responsible for recruitment activities including job analysis, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and completion of the selection and onboarding process. Create and administer training programs for employee development and to align with organizational goals. Assist with payroll and benefits administration. Serve as the primary HR liaison with the local union, fostering a collaborative and respectful working relationship. Support all other responsibilities of the HR Department.

Who you are:



You are looking for a career in Human Resources & Training and :


Have 3-5 years of office experience; preference will be given to experience in Human Resources functions. Have a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered). Exceptional communication (verbal and written), listening and Interpersonal skills. Proficient in Technology including Microsoft Office Suite, and Windows. Are familiar with British Columbia Employment Standards. You are honest and trustworthy.
