L'Administrateur(trice) des Ressources Humaines apporte un soutien administratif essentiel au service RH. Il/elle est responsable de la gestion des dossiers du personnel, de l'assistance au recrutement et a l'integration, de la preparation de documents RH, ainsi que du soutien a la paie et a l'administration des avantages sociaux. Le poste exige un grand sens de l'organisation, de la discretion, une excellente communication et une bonne connaissance des processus RH.

Responsabilites principales :


1. Gestion des dossiers et donnees des employes
Tenir a jour les dossiers des employes (physiques et electroniques) en toute confidentialite.

Mettre a jour les systemes RH avec les informations sur les embauches, departs et changements.

Generer des rapports RH a la demande.

2. Recrutement et integration
Publier les offres d'emploi, trier les CV et organiser les entrevues.

Participer aux processus d'embauche : redaction des contrats, verifications prealables, collecte des documents.

3. Support administratif
Rediger divers documents RH : lettres, contrats, attestations, etc.

Classer correctement les documents RH et veiller a la mise a jour des politiques internes.

4. Soutien a la paie et aux avantages sociaux
Collecter et verifier les feuilles de temps pour le traitement de la paie.

Aider les employes lors de l'inscription aux avantages sociaux.

Assurer la liaison avec les fournisseurs de services de paie et d'assurances si necessaire.

5. Conformite et politiques
Veiller a ce que les procedures RH soient conformes aux lois du travail et aux politiques internes.

Participer aux audits et aux demandes de documentation.

Contribuer a la mise en place d'initiatives de sante et securite au travail.

Qualifications requises :


Diplome en ressources humaines, administration ou domaine connexe.

1 a 3 ans d'experience dans un poste administratif ou de soutien RH.

Connaissance des logiciels RH (ex. : Nethris, BambooHR, Dayforce) est un atout.

Comprehension des lois du travail et des pratiques RH de base.

Le bilinguisme (francais et anglais) peut etre requis selon le lieu de travail.

Summary



We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team at Lot420. This role is vital in supporting our HR functions and ensuring that we maintain a productive and positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing employee experience while contributing to our mission of excellence.

Responsibilities



. 1Management of Employee Records and Data

- Maintain employee records (both physical and electronic) with complete confidentiality.

- Update HR systems with information on hires, departures, and changes.

- Generate HR reports upon request.

2. Recruitment and Onboarding

- Post job openings, screen resumes, and organize interviews.

- Participate in the hiring processes: drafting contracts, conducting background checks, and collecting documents.

3. Administrative Support

- Draft various HR documents: letters, contracts, certificates, etc.

- Properly file HR documents and ensure that internal policies are updated.

4. Payroll and Benefits Support

- Collect and verify time sheets for payroll processing.

- Assist employees with enrollment in benefits programs.

- Liaise with payroll and insurance service providers as needed.

5. Compliance and Policies

- Ensure that HR procedures comply with labor laws and internal policies.

- Participate in audits and documentation requests.

- Contribute to the implementation of workplace health and safety initiatives.

Requirements



Knowledge of Nethris and Agendrix payroll platforms Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles, preferably within the cannabis industry or similar sectors. Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate fit effectively. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $39,616.78-$68,440.40 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
