We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role will provide support in all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

A typical day:

Manage HR inbox and investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns

Provide information and answer employee questions

Maintain employee files and ensure timely updates to employee information
/lili
Proofread ,edit and review documents to ensure error free content and consistency
/lili
Render assistance in processing payroll and benefits related documentation and maintain records
/lili
Assist and coordinate with onboarding and offboarding processes
/lili
Provide support with job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate sourcing

Successful candidates will have:

Minimum 5 years of direct experience working as an HR Administrator

Previous experience with SAP and DocuSign

Knowledge of provincial and federal legislation relating to employment standards
/lili
Excellent communication, teamwork and problem solving skills
/lili

Total rewards:
