Human Resource Coordinator
to join our administrative team.
Position Summary:
The Human Resource Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about creating a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records in accordance with legal and regulatory standards
Ensure college compliance with employment legislation and accreditation standards
Support employee engagement initiatives and performance review processes
Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and training program coordination
Address day-to-day employee inquiries and support resolution of HR issues
Prepare reports and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in an academic or post-secondary setting
Knowledge of Ontario employment standards and HR best practices
Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS platforms
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
CHRP designation (or in progress) is an asset
