In collaboration with the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Business Partner will ensure that human resources strategies and programs are aligned with the business objectives of the company.

While this role directly supports assigned client groups, the Human Resources Business Partner will work collaboratively with the Human Resources team to support corporate initiatives within the organization.

What you\'re responsible for:

  • Acting as a first level partner with managers to provide support in human resources programs and processes;
  • Acting as a support to the employees in your assigned client group;
  • Providing advice and guidance to managers on all situations related to performance management including disciplinary and termination processes;
  • Advising managers on the application of the salary structure for the assigned groups and ensure the proper positioning of employees;
  • Participating in the recruitment process for management positions within its client groups;
  • Following up on HR performance indicators (turnover rate, workforce planning) and analyse performance in order to propose improvements;
  • Being responsible for documenting the movement (transfer, promotion, hiring, etc.) of labour in collaboration with the administrative team;
  • Investigating and follow up on harassment complaints;
  • Coordinating the annual performance evaluation and compensation processes and follow up on the bonus program;
  • Coaching managers in the client group;
  • Participating in human resources process improvement projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or any other equivalent training;
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a generalist HR position;
  • Relevant experience in an industrial or production environment;
  • Must have influential leadership and analytical skills
  • Must be customer, problem and solution oriented;
  • Must be motivated, enthusiastic, energetic and a positive team player;
  • Must have strong organizational and planning skills;
  • Ability to work independently and also the ability to work in a team environment;
  • Must be rigorous and have the ability to work under pressure;
  • Must be able to navigate in ambiguity and in a changing environment;
