This position requires a hands-on, field-oriented individual who thrives in dynamic environments and excels at building trust-based relationships with field personnel, client representatives, and leadership teams. What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive field-level risk assessments and trend analyses.

Lead or support safety meetings, stand-downs, and targeted awareness campaigns.
Ensure field operations are compliant with applicable OH&S, WHMIS, and environmental legislation.
Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in oilfield HSE; knowledge of Drilling, Well Servicing, and/or Rentals operations preferred.

CRSP, CHSC, or equivalent professional designation (or working toward certification) considered an asset.
Strong working knowledge of applicable OH&S regulations, WHMIS, and environmental standards.
Experience with risk assessments, incident investigation, audits, and safety management systems.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
