Position Summary: This course is designed to develop scientific knowledge in forensics related to the human body for students without a science background. Divisions of forensic science such as DNA analysis, trace evidence, and toxicology collect and analyse evidence during criminal investigations. Students will learn about cells, DNA, blood and other tissues as well as forensic techniques used to analyse them. Forensic science related to the human body is a valuable tool in fields such as healthcare, the justice system, social work, and human rights.
Qualifications - Required: Doctoral Degree
Qualifications - Other: PhD in a relevant field. Previous university teaching experience and refereed publications in the area preferred but not essential. Salary: $9,206.40
