Job Description
Agilus is recruiting for a HRMS Analyst in the Oil and Gas Industry in Calgary, Alberta. The HRMS Analyst will provide day to day system expertise as it relates to system set-up, testing, training, administration, reporting and overall user support for all systems. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with vendor and business stakeholders to configure system modules as well as support internal testing and change management activities.
- Participate on the project team to implement the new HRMS.
- Support HR team in initiating annual programs (i.e. compensation, performance reviews, benefits enrollment etc.)
- Create and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
- Manage system security as per privacy legislation, system governance and internal practices.
- Degree or certificate in Commerce, Business, IT or Human Resources.
- Previous experience working with HR Management Systems, developing and implementing business processes, procedures and complex reporting.
- Minimum 5 years of broad HR experience with an aptitude for systems and analytics; project management experience is an asset.
- Experience mapping processes and creating efficiencies.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools and ability to configure.
- Knowledge of HR systems, in particular Ceridian, Shareworks and learning management systems would be an asset.
