Position Summary
As Portfolio HR Systems Lead, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing HR systems across a portfolio of software businesses. You will ensure our HR technology landscape is fit for purpose, empowering HR teams to achieve operational excellence. You will also act as a key partner to stakeholders across our portfolio, ensuring HR data and systems support high-quality decision-making and compliance.
This role requires a proactive and hands-on approach to managing HR systems, providing exceptional support to users, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
HR Systems ManagementAct as the primary point of contact and superuser for portfolio-wide HR systems (e.g., Workday, Peakon, Leapsome)
Provide training and support to HR teams and end-users to maximize system effectiveness.
Develop and maintain training materials and documentation for HR systems.
Manage system enhancements, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring seamless updates and integrations.
Coordinate with central Volaris teams to deliver global system updates and changes.
Data & InsightsEnsure HR systems are configured to capture and report key data efficiently.
Support portfolio leaders in using data to drive decisions related to talent, performance, and engagement.
Prepare and circulate regular and ad hoc reports, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
Continuously seek ways to improve HR data processes and insights.
HR Operations SupportOversee the accuracy of data inputs for payroll, benefits, and compensation processes.
Support the annual compensation planning process, ensuring smooth execution.
Assist with the portfolio talent management process, including system data reviews and compliance.
Ensure HR records are maintained in line with compliance requirements through regular audits.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) SupportAssist with HR due diligence for potential acquisitions, providing data analysis and preparation.
Support the onboarding of newly acquired companies, ensuring seamless integration into HR systems.
Act as a key point of contact for new businesses as they adopt portfolio HR systems and processes.
Educational & Professional RequirementsProven experience administering and optimizing HR systems, with hands-on experience in Workday or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of key HR operational processes such as payroll, benefits, compensation reviews, and talent management.
Experience managing HR data and reporting processes to drive data-informed decisions.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to a non-technical audience.
