Westerkirk Capital Inc.('WCI'), a private investment company based in Victoria, BC is seeking an HRIS Analyst, working out of Calgary, Alberta. The organization is a single-family office managing assets via internal direct and third-party/external managers across a variety of portfolios and asset classes including fixed income, public equity, private equity, hedge funds, infrastructure, and real estate.



POSITION SUMMARY:



As an HRIS Analyst, you will be part of a multi-entity, shared services HRIS Support team responsible for supporting the overall governance and integrity of the Dayforce system. This will include managing ticket submissions from client partners and supporting the execution of projects to drive process automation. The ideal candidate will have configuration experience (back end) to Dayforce and some knowledge of Payroll and HR functions.



RESPONSIBILITIES:



Execute day-to-day Human Resources Information System (HRIS) administration and system governance as a part of the HRIS Support Team while maintaining the highest level of data integrity, maintenance, and documentation. Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to the client partners to resolve their questions and problems in a timely manner. Utilize excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills to research, troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise in the system. Maintain knowledge of organizational and departmental policies and procedures to assist employee and leader inquiries while adhering to values and best practices. Lead or actively participate in projects to develop, review, and improve HR, Payroll, and system processes. Collaborate to resolve inquiries and improve processes for an optimal employee experience through a case management model. Collaborate with HR leaders to support HR metrics and dashboards. Provide mentorship and training support to end users.

QUALIFICATIONS:



5+ years experience working with Dayforce required with system implementation, configuration and integration experience. Undergraduate degree or diploma in Human Resources/Payroll or equivalent combination of training and work experience. Experience working in a multi-entity enterprise with HR shared services is preferred. Exceptional customer service skills with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Highly adaptable in response to changing priorities. Superior organization skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail. Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
