Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Ap human geography and ap Mathematics Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geography mathematics and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Teach mathematics concepts effectively to students of varying skill levels. Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and classroom participation. Provide individualized support and tutoring for students who require additional assistance. Maintain an organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and classroom activities. Incorporate technology and innovative teaching methods into the curriculum. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. Support students with special education needs by adapting lessons as necessary.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Education with a focus on Mathematics. Proven classroom experience in teaching mathematics at the appropriate grade level. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey mathematical concepts. Excellent organizational skills to manage lesson plans, student assessments, and classroom activities. Experience in tutoring or providing additional academic support is preferred. Ability to proofread educational materials for clarity and accuracy. Familiarity with special education practices is a plus, enabling support for diverse learners. A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
