Job Description

Join our team as an HR Systems Administrator! In this role, you'll maintain HR systems and configure rules, workflows and integrations that enable efficient and scalable HR operations. You'll lead system upgrades and testing cycles, ensuring stability and continuous improvement.



You'll monitor and manage system security, permissions and user access; document system configurations, processes and training materials to support knowledge transfer and audit readiness; and resolve HR tickets. Conduct data audits to identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution and support system enhancements.



The ideal candidate will be based in our Home Office in Calgary.


What You'll Do




Administer and maintain HR systems including UKG, WFM, and other HR platforms Manage system configuration, data integrity, upgrades, testing cycles, and integrations with payroll, benefits, IT, and other functions Maintain system security, permissions, and user access in alignment with internal controls and regulatory requirements Prepare, review, and validate HR data and reports for payroll, benefits, compliance, and operational needs Maintain documentation such as process flows, configuration notes, and training materials; provide user training as needed Manage tickets, troubleshoot system issues, and work with vendors to resolve problems efficiently Conduct routine audits of HR, payroll, and WFM data to identify and correct discrepancies Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support the adoption of new features and functionality

What You Bring




Diploma or degree in HR, HR Information Systems, or related field. 3-5 years experience administrating and supporting HR systems Technical knowledge of HRIS platforms (Workday, UKG, SuccessFactors, etc.), configuration, testing, integrations, permissions/security Strong knowledge of payroll, time and attendance, and benefits processes Comfortable working with data and supporting system improvements Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and support stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Adaptable, collaborative team player with a growth mindset, eager to learn new systems and manage changing priorities
