Who we are looking for:


HR Specialist

will be responsible for overseeing and driving initiatives related to employee development, performance management, and talent growth. This professional will work closely with management and HR team to design, implement, and evaluate programs that enhance employee skills, promote career development, and align the workforce with organizational goals.

Responsibilities Include:


Working directly with the leaders and supporting them in developing leaders in the team. Coaching managers and supervisors to help them fulfill the role of change sponsors. Facilitating change management meetings and workshops to help prepare employees for upcoming changes. Planning and leading the development of the existing and new emerging leaders in the company. Identifying the exceptionally performing employees in each department and developing a plan to coach and guide them to transition them into the role of the leader. Identifying potential risks in the organizational processes and anticipated points of resistance and developing specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns. Creating and managing tracking systems to track the implementation, utilization and efficiencies of the processes/ policies designed. Proactively leads and supports initiatives and follows up on implementation of the formerly developed process and policies. Ability to lead, role model and mentor a team. Developing processes to deal with behavioral changes. Should be familiar and comfortable with people management. Identifying key stakeholders and conducting impact analyses, assessing change impact and organizational readiness. Providing training and support to employees to help them transition smoothly. Very strong and efficient administration skills.

Requirements

:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred. Should have exceptionally good administrative skills. Should be a self- starter and very organized. Strong public speaking and communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels. Experience in training development and employee relations is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills Experience with developing people in leadership roles. Exceptional communication skills- Both written and verbal Problem solving and root cause identification skills Analytical skills with a strategic mindset for problem-solving and decision-making. Resourceful and organized with excellent time management abilities. High level of emotional intelligence, patience and integrity.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
