As a member of the Human Resources Team, the HR Services Administrator will be responsible for external HR Service outreach and administration. While each member of ECO Canada has individual responsibilities, ECO takes a team-based approach. Everyone is encouraged to take ownership of their ideas and to see them through to completion, collaborating with key influencers as required.


This is a short term, full-time contract until

March 31, 2026

Responsibilities




Coordinate, schedule, and administer external HR Services meetings, including those related to government-funded projects. Conduct outreach to external stakeholders through email, LinkedIn, phone, and professional networking activities to support HR Services initiatives. Track and maintain program metrics, timelines, and reporting data to ensure contractual deliverables and milestones are met. Apply foundational HR knowledge to support the development and ongoing administration of an HR Excellence Awards program for the environmental sector. Assist with the growth, administration, and monetization of ECO Canada's HR Benchmarking and advisory offerings.

Qualifications




Working knowledge of HR information systems (HRIS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Professional Writing or Business Communications courses are an asset. Customer Service or client relationship management training or experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams, with the ability to manage documents, scheduling, reporting, and virtual collaboration effectively. Records management/Privacy training.

Education




Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration or Policy, Communications, Office Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. CPHR designation or an equivalent professional HR credential considered an asset.
