The Opportunity:
We are looking for an exceptional individual to take on the role of
Client Services Administrator (Receptionist)
in our Grande Prairie office.
This is a full-time position with operational hours of 8:30am-5:00pm.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phones and directing calls as required
Greet clients and direct as required
Receipting payments
Conducting conflict searches
Opening and closing files
Receiving and distributing all incoming mail/send outgoing mail
Other duties as required
Qualifications:
Professional demeanor including an ability to manage all incoming telephone inquiries, working well with colleagues, lawyers, external clients and outside providers
Friendly, approachable, and professional with a client-focused mindset
Energetic and positive, able to create a welcoming environment for clients and colleagues
Confident and poised in face-to-face and phone interactions
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
Ability to quickly learn new concepts, terminology, and office systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and the ability to learn new systems easily
Compensation & Hours:
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. This is a regular full-time position with working hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, subject to change from time to time.
