Create job posting in Indeed and other Job Posting sites Interview qualified candidates together with the supervisors (Phone screening, virtual interview, in-person interview) Schedule interviews Conduct Onboarding Create announcement and Memo Do reference check Create job offer Prepare pre-employment and new hire paperwork as per company and legislative requirements Other additional HR support duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

Must have recruitment experience. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must Strong organizational and time management skills Must learn and understand Company policies Ability to work independently and is self motivated within a team environment. Organized and pays high attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Hourly rate based on experience.
