What you'll be doing
You'll be the go-to person for all things HR and office-related for our teams in Canada, the US, and the UK. From employee relations and onboarding to performance management, talent development, and DEI initiatives, you'll help create an environment where everyone can thrive. You'll also keep our Toronto office buzzing with energy, organizing team events, supporting a positive culture, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
How you will work
You'll spend at least three days each week in our downtown Toronto office (the rest can be remote). If you're nearby, that's a big plus!
