We're looking for a proactive, organized, and people-centered HR & Marketing Coordinator to support the heart of our multi-location Anytime Fitness operation: our team and our brand.
In this dual-role, you'll focus on building a high-energy, service-minded, and sales-capable team while ensuring our brand stays sharp, visible, and connected to the community across all channels. You'll play a key role in recruiting people who love people, and you'll help extend our reach through local partnerships, campaigns, and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Lead recruiting efforts with a focus on hiring high-energy, service-minded individuals who can sell, serve, and connect with members.
Write and post engaging job ads that reflect our mission and attract the right kind of people.
Manage applicant flow, assist with interviews, and coordinate onboarding processes.
Support the development and execution of team-building initiatives, both in-person and virtual.
Maintain team records and assist with performance review coordination and internal communication.
Partner with leadership to reinforce a strong, connected team culture across all locations.
Marketing
Coordinate local marketing initiatives across all clubs in partnership with the Area Managers and location teams.
Plan, launch, and manage paid digital ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google) to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Lead and support community outreach efforts, including identifying partnership opportunities with local businesses, schools, sports teams, and events.
Oversee B2B marketing and sponsorships, including corporate wellness partnerships, local sponsorships, and networking events.
Assist with traditional marketing such as print ads, flyers, radio spots, and local signage.
Monitor and support social media execution across clubs to ensure consistency and quality.
Provide light reporting on campaign performance, outreach success, and local engagement.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Marketing -- preferably in a fitness, wellness, retail, or service-oriented industry.
Proven ability to recruit and engage top performers for customer-facing roles.
Experience with job platforms, onboarding, and staff engagement strategies.
Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, B2B outreach, and traditional media.
Post-secondary education in HR, Marketing, Communications, or Business is preferred but not required.
