This role spans various disciplines, including talent management, compensation, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, and health and safety.The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in human resources, employee relations, and culture-building strategies. The position requires strategic, innovative thinking, sound judgment, and strong communication skills, with the ability to influence others. A customer-focused mindset, commitment to continuous improvement, and a passion for the employee experience are essential.
