We Are Looking for Someone Who Brings:
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or coordinator role
Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee support
Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation, compliance, and HR best practices
A proactive, positive, and reliable approach, with a genuine interest in supporting and developing employees
Comfort working in a fast-growing, collaborative environment where you can make an impact on policies, systems, and culture
What Makes This Role Special:
This is not your typical HR position. While you will manage day-to-day HR operations, you will also take a key role in shaping the policies, systems, and culture that support our growing multi-clinic dental organization.
In this role, you will:
Build and refine HR systems that improve efficiency, consistency, and employee experience across clinics
Support employees and leadership through payroll, benefits, compliance, coaching, and conflict resolution
Drive initiatives that strengthen engagement, development, and retention
Contribute to a positive, organized, and collaborative workplace where employees feel supported and valued
