by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Hr Manager:



Plan workforce and succession needs aligned with budgets; oversee engagement initiatives. Develop and implement training plans; ensure key position holders are trained for each business process. Coach managers on goal setting, performance reviews, compensation, and development planning. Support managers in employee relations and achieving business objectives; lead continuous improvement. Oversee labour relations and safety initiatives, including KPI tracking, accident investigations, and case management. Apply company policies, ensure compliance with business processes, and assign/train System Users (SUs). Conduct weekly payroll reviews and SOX audits.
