Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and drive strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement, organizational culture, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management, with expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and change management. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple HR programs effectively.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to staff and management. Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes. Supervise HR team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement. Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, Dayforce, or Oracle HCM for data collection and analysis. Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Implement process improvements within the HR department to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Prepare presentations for leadership on HR metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement. Manage payroll processes using systems like ADP or Kronos to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Skills



Strong knowledge of human resources management principles and practices. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) for effective recruiting processes. Excellent negotiation skills for resolving conflicts and managing employee relations. Experience with budgeting related to HR initiatives and programs. Familiarity with various HR software platforms including SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, UltiPro, and Kronos. Ability to analyze data effectively for informed decision-making in HR practices. Proven experience in program management within an HR context. Strong interpersonal communication skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Experience in training & development methodologies to support workforce growth. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.21-$48.31 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
