About the Role
G&A ROBOT is expanding rapidly, and we're looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources function. This role will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR operations, from recruitment and employee relations to compliance and organizational development.
The ideal candidate will bring strong HR expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance both strategic initiatives and hands-on HR operations in a fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices aligned with employment laws and company goals.
Support managers and employees by providing guidance on HR-related matters, conflict resolution, and professional development.
Manage employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
Design and drive employee engagement, retention, and training programs.
Partner with leadership on organizational development, culture building, and change management.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure consistency in HR practices across the organization.
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of Canadian labor laws and HR best practices.
Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions with attention to detail.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
HR certification (e.g., CPHR) is an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
