Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team in Vaughan. This pivotal role will enhance our HR functions, ensuring alignment with our mission of providing exceptional service. The Human Resources Manager will play a crucial role in shaping our workplace culture and supporting our staff's professional growth.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with company goals. Manage talent acquisition processes to attract top talent for various positions. Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills. Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies. Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR processes. Lead change management efforts to support organizational growth and adaptation. Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field required. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) is preferred. Experience in talent acquisition and employee development strategies. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Certification from a recognized HR body (e.g., CHRP) is an asset.
