We're looking for a full-time, in office, Human Resources Manager in the manufacturing industry in Barrie, Ontario.

This is a full in-office role (remote is not an option) and an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while leading and mentoring a team of two HR professionals in a well-established and respected company.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Manager will oversee all day-to-day HR functions, providing leadership in labor relations, employee engagement, compliance, and talent development. This role requires someone who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on problem solver, able to navigate complex employee relations while supporting a positive and productive workplace.
