Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Duties



Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives. Manage talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Oversee employee relations initiatives to promote a positive work environment and address any issues that arise. Implement change management strategies to support organizational transitions. Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Utilize various HRIS systems (such as Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors) for data management and reporting. Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and process improvement initiatives. Manage payroll processes using systems like ADP, Kronos, or UltiPro. Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Prepare presentations for management on HR metrics and initiatives. Collaborate with department heads to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications



Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of HR best practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation abilities. Experience in program management and process improvement within an HR context. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software (e.g., Ceridian, PeopleSoft). Strong negotiation skills with experience in managing employee contracts and benefits discussions. Familiarity with budgeting processes related to HR functions. Ability to analyze data effectively for informed decision-making. Supervising experience is essential; prior leadership roles in HR are highly desirable. Knowledge of payroll systems such as ADP or Kronos is preferred. Experience in training & development initiatives is an asset.
