Position Description:
Provide support for general or department-specific administration of human resources processes and efforts for headquarters or
business unit Human Resources team.
Essentials Duties & Key Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Embrace company culture, values, and provide support to Business Unit (BU) or Headquarters (HQ) Human Resources
(HR) department team.
\xef\x82\xb7 Support Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) activities company-wide.
\xef\x82\xb7 Utilize HR systems, processes, and procedures to complete roles responsibilities.
\xef\x82\xb7 Assist in administration of HR key initiatives.
\xef\x82\xb7 Administer employee information changes and ensure data integrity in Human Resources related systems (e.g., HR
Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Learning Management System (LMS), and Talent
Management Systems), including:
o Maintain electronic personnel files to support legal compliance and manage records retention.
o Learn to create and generate reports to support HR requests.
o Assist in HR-related audit requests.
\xef\x82\xb7 Perform Talent Acquisition activities:
o Coordinate interviews schedules and provide communication to applicants and candidates.
o Support college recruitment and career fairs activities; create on-site visit schedule, conduct confirmation messages for
participant attendance, and distribute brochures and handouts.
o Distribute relevant onboarding materials to new hires.
o Provide support related BU Availability and Needs meetings.
o Assist in Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulatory compliance tracking as directed.
o Coordinate administrative pre-event materials, programs, and logistics for training events; and assist in preparation for
HR-related meetings or events.
\xef\x82\xb7 Participate in A3 problem solving and contribute new ideas to support continuous improvement in overall services of HR
team.

Qualifications:
\xef\x82\xb7 Enrolled and actively pursuing Bachelor\'s Degree from accredited degree program in Human Resources or Social
Organizational Psychology, or related field
\xef\x82\xb7 Approachable and proactive with positive client service attitude
\xef\x82\xb7 Active listening skills with clear verbal and written communication skills
\xef\x82\xb7 High degree of organization, proactive, and ability to escalate work for prioritization
\xef\x82\xb7 Work independently with management oversight and in collaborative team environment
\xef\x82\xb7 Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Office, and database applications
