JOB PURPOSE:

As a Delivery Lead you will be part of a growing HR Portfolio team, responsible for delivering technology products and process enablement in line with HR business leaders, integrators and supporting internal IT departments. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be known as a someone who can get things done by leading the HR business in navigating the execution of technology changes from the inception of a concept to sustaining an implemented solution. Working within a global landscape, you will act as a champion of our global processes and existing technology to ensure scalability of our technology enablement and guide where localization is needed. Reporting to the Director of our HR technology Portfolio your responsibilities will include the following:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Leveraging your experience as an HR technologist you will provide general subject matter expertise on HR processes, and solution best practices
  • Lead discovery phases for new technology enhancements and programs to assure requirements are understood
  • Create necessary artifacts to enable the appropriate documentation for scoping and facilitating clarity with integrators, solution architects and developers
  • Champion our global processes and technology design and decipher localization needs
  • Act as an extension of HR business process owners by being the primary liaison on projects with IT partners
  • Lead the facilitation of design and proof of concept readouts to business users to ensure needs are properly understood and solution direction is on point
  • Drive test planning and execution of test cycles and partner business process owners to achieve sign off
  • Support project managers with proactively assessing risk with respect to delivery quality, timeline, and budget
  • Lead the transition of implementation into sustainable processes by transitioning design and process knowledge to HR technology support teams
  • Support respective HR Product Owners with release and upgrade management where delivery of new functionality is required
KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:
  • 5+ Years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in end to end HR technology implementations
  • Minimum 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with SAP SuccessFactors suite of products
  • Strong leadership, relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a global environment and understanding the nuances of localization vs global process
  • Proven experience as a lead working with multi-disciplined, matrixed global teams and multi-cultural transformations
  • Experience with influencing and working partnering IT teams such as Solution Architects, Product Owners, Security Teams, Developers and Integrators on a variety of initiatives
  • History of working with Senior HR leaders across a variety of HR process areas
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively managing and mitigating project risks and issues
  • Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module considered an asset
  • Experience with SAP HCM products considered an asset
  • Courage to have difficult discussions with groups from all level of the organization
  • Resilient after business set-backs, and demonstrates persistence in tough circumstances
  • Sound fact-based decision making; responsive and problem solving ability with a focus on delivering results
  • Travel as required to support project delivery
