The position at a glance

The Human Resources Employee Data Management (HR EDM) Analyst is responsible for capturing and maintaining employee and organizational data in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with EDM procedures and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

The HR EDM team\xe2\x80\x99s main responsibilities cover:

  • Employee Data Administration and Maintenance
  • HR Information Systems Administration and Maintenance
  • Analytics and Reporting
This specific position requires a high degree of confidentiality and protection of data.

In detail

Data management, administration and maintenance
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot system issues
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to support onboarding of new joiners and validation of employee data in HR information systems
  • Responsible for the administration of employee data attributes in HR systems (Jobs & Activities Directory, Severance/Separation agreements, Termination data, Dual Employment information, Visa information, and others)
  • Proactively analyze current operational and business processes, make recommendations, and execute changes to improve compliance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on employee data-related projects
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on HR Information Systems task management and function testing
Data Governance
  • Perform reconciliations and monitor data integrity by identifying and resolving data discrepancies and data quality issues between PeopleSoft and other EDM and HRIS systems
  • Ensure strict respect of Data Governance Principles across all Human Resources IT systems and databases
  • Support internal and external data auditing, on a regular and ad hoc basis

Training and occupational experience
  • Student currently completing a degree in Business Administration, Analytics graduating in December 2023 or May 2024
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Familiarity with HR tools
