The HR Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support across all HR functions. With a minimum of 2+ years of experience and strong HRIS knowledge, this individual will ensure accurate data management, compliance with HR policies, and seamless coordination of HR programs. The HR Coordinator will play an essential role in, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system with accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a positive employee experience.
Administer employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations in HRIS.
Support benefits administration, enrollment, and employee inquiries.
Prepare HR-related documentation such as employment letters, reports, and organizational charts.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate and timely data.
Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor legislation, and HR best practices.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a coordinator capacity.
Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Paylocity, ADP, or similar).
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employment legislation.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
