About the Role
Grow your HR career in a fast-moving, multi-jurisdiction environment. You support the HR function across multiple provinces and states. You keep information accurate, processes clean, and work moving. You will use Odoo for employee data and rely on MS Suite and Smartsheets to manage the volume. If you like structure, speed, and responsibility, this fits.
What You'll Do
Support recruitment: posting, screening, interviewing, scheduling, onboarding.
Maintain employee records across multiple jurisdictions.
Update and track data in Odoo, Google Sheets, Smartsheets, and Excel.
Coordinate training, certifications, orientations, and compliance items.
Coordinate performance reviews across departments.
Coordinate paid time off usage across the board.
Prepare letters, forms, and internal documentation.
Track deadlines: reviews, probations, renewals, safety requirements.
Assist with HR projects and process improvements.
Support employees and managers with clear, accurate information.
What You Bring
HR or Business Admin education, or relevant experience
2-3 years of HR or strong administrative coordination experience
High accuracy and strong organizational control
Ability to work with large data volumes across multiple spreadsheets
Clear written and verbal communication
Ability to manage competing priorities without losing your footing
Nice to Have
Experience with Odoo or similar platforms
Exposure to multi-jurisdiction HR environments
Understanding of basic employment standards
