Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
HR Coordinator
to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support within the Human Resources department. This role requires demonstrated experience with
ADP, Synerion, and SharePoint
, along with a strong understanding of HR processes, payroll coordination, and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
Administer and maintain employee information and records within
ADP
and
Synerion
systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Oversee Human Resources Administration, Talent Acquisition and Training Development requirements, Performance Review, HR Administration & HR Benefits. Managing ADP system and integrated systems.
Administer and coordinate all HR Administrative Operating Procedures
Support the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, status changes, and offboarding.
HRMS & ADP - HR Management System - manages the development and maintenance of the HR sections of both the Internet, particularly recruiting, culture, and company information, and intranet sites. Maintains employee-related databases.
ADP HR Administration Masters & Other integrated systems - includes Security, Codes, Maintenance, Analytics, Record Management and Documentation
SharePoint Document Control: Work with project team and become the HR / PR Functional trainer.
Assists with the development of HR policies for the company with regards to employee relations.
HR Administrative & Benefits functions - Hiring / Rehiring / Leaves / Changes / Termination processes.
Prepare and maintain HR documentation, reports, and data repositories using
SharePoint, and ADP
.
Coordinate employee orientation sessions and maintain training records.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits, escalating as appropriate.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable employment legislation.
Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, audits, and projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a Human Resources support role.
Proficiency with
ADP Workforce Now
,
Synerion
, and
Microsoft SharePoint
is required.
Must possess excellent communication skills
Tech savvy with computer software and programs - HRIS Software
Demonstrated experience working with ADP Workforce Now
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Knowledge of employment standards and related legislation are considered an asset.
