Job Description

The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This position is responsible for coordinating HR programs and processes, ensuring accurate employee data management, and providing exceptional support to employees.

Responsibilities



Review and maintain employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards Review and process all documentation related to employee onboarding, role changes, and offboarding activities Coordinate and administer HR programs, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with company objectives Oversee disability management processes, including documentation and case follow-up with benefit provider Monitor and ensure compliance with employment legislation, regulations, and internal policies Handle general HR inquiries, escalating complex issues as appropriate Develop and maintain job descriptions to accurately reflect current roles and responsibilities Assist with office administration tasks such as mail, supply ordering, and meeting coordination Collaborate with payroll and other departments to ensure accurate and timely information sharing Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication, as required Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and other initiatives as assigned

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 2 - 4 years of experience in Human Resources Solid understanding of employment standards and HR best practices Experience with HRIS platforms (Dayforce experience considered an asset) Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Pay: From $68,000.00 per year
