The HR Coordinator provides administrative support and assists with tasks throughout all areas of the HR department. The HR Coordinator assists with recruiting and onboarding new employees, updating personal information, maintains employee records and guides employees through various human resource processes, answering any questions they may have.

What You'll Do::
Track HR analytics, metrics, and update spreadsheets on a regular basis, auditing as required.
Answer employee inquiries, provide information and support as needed.
Recruit for entry level roles, from original posting to offer.
Assist with annual performance review administration and roll outs.
Support team leads with internal promotions and transfers.
Maintain accurate records and compile analytical reports.
Update and maintain job descriptions.
Prepare new hire onboarding documents and facilitate new hire orientation through HRIS system.
Benefits administration
Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system, including new hires, changes in compensation, and informational updates.
Administer employee offboarding including performing exit interviews and tracking trends.
Plan, organize and attend recruitment fairs as required.
Assist with various HR projects.
Who You Are:
Previous HR experience is an asset
Working towards CPHR designation is an asset
Previous experience working with an HRIS system, preferably ADP
Ability to maintain discretion with highly confidential and sensitive information
High level of organization and excellent time-management skills
Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player
Excellent verbal and written communications
Ability to work well independently and be a self-starter
High level of professionalism
Meticulous attention to detail
Working conditions:
