Overview
As the HR Business Partner, you will partner with all levels of leadership to understand business strategy to guide and recommend people solutions in support of business effectiveness and future workforce needs.
Working with your client group, you will provide consulting to drive people outcomes focused on growing internal bench strength, establishing talent pipelines, developing performance and people, optimizing organizational structure to enable transformation and service excellence, and fostering positive employee experiences to drive engagement.
To enable achievement of outcomes, you will develop strong partnerships with leaders based on trust and maintain an in-depth understanding of the People & Culture's strategies and programs, such as total rewards, talent attraction and retention, leadership development, succession management, workforce planning, and health and wellness. You will leverage your organizational awareness to influence desired outcomes and support your leader's success through feedback, mentoring, and coaching.
